Fare Changes

Booking reservations made through this Site are subject to the terms of the respective airline. All bookings are not guaranteed until ticketed.

Even after a reservation is confirmed, fares may change based on updates from the service provider. In such cases, we will notify you of the fare changes but do not assume financial responsibility for any fare fluctuations. We will provide you with the new fare option, allowing you to either proceed with the purchase or cancel the booking at no additional cost from FlightsRush.

Cancellations & Exchanges

Users must comply with the Terms and Conditions of the selected Service Provider regarding fare availability and restrictions.

All airline tickets are 100% non-refundable unless the airline allows cancellations. In such cases, the traveler may be eligible for a future credit with the same airline, subject to penalties and fare differences. FlightsRush does not guarantee any cancellation or refund approval.

If an exchange is permitted, the user must pay any fare differences and applicable service provider or airline penalties, along with FlightsRush's exchange fee. The user is responsible for all charges, fees, duties, and taxes related to their booking. We recommend reviewing our Refund Policy and Change Policy before requesting any modifications.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All airline tickets, hotel bookings and service fees are non-refundable and non-changeable.

If you wish to cancel, you must contact our customer service team. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The fare rules allow cancellation and refunds.
• The user is not a "No Show."
• We are able to secure waivers from the travel service providers.

Refund requests are processed sequentially, and we cannot guarantee a specific timeline. Once a cancellation request is submitted, we will attempt to obtain waivers from the airline or service provider and inform the user of their decision.

If a refund request is denied by the supplier, we will refund our processing fee but not any previously charged service fees.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, users agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through our customer service team before taking any legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FlightsRush operates.

Changes & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or our policies at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting on our Website. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
