At FlightsRush, we are committed to offering the most competitive fares. In the rare instance that you come across a lower rate on FlightsRush or any other travel website. For an identical itinerary within 24 hours of booking, we will either:  

• Match the lower price and refund the difference, or  
• Cancel your booking and issue a full refund, at your discretion.  

To qualify for the Best Price Assurance, the competing offer must be identical in every aspect, including but not limited to departure and arrival locations, dates, airline, class, fare rules, cancellation policies, hotel details. The lower fare must also be publicly available for online booking. Once verified, we will process the refund or cancellation accordingly.  

Exclusions: This policy does not apply to special fare categories such as Military, Student, Government, Tour Operator Rates, Bulk Rates, or exclusive airline "Web-Only" fares.  

Submitting a Claim  

To claim the Best Price Assurance, you must call us within 24 hours of your booking. Your request must include:  

1. Competitor’s offer details (name of the website and fare breakdown).  

2. Screenshots of the available lower fare, clearly showing all itinerary details.  

3. Proof that the competing rate is bookable online at the time of submission.  

The lower fare must match your FlightsRush booking exactly, including carrier, class of service, refundability, travel dates, hotel category, and other conditions. Only standalone products are eligible—bundled deals or opaque fares (where details are hidden until purchase) are not covered.  

Eligibility & Verification  

The Best Price Assurance applies solely to publicly available fares on major OTA websites accessible to all users. Discounted rates via membership programs, corporate deals, auctions, loyalty rewards, group bookings, and promotional coupon-based fares are excluded. Additionally, rates obtained via customer service hotlines or exclusive email promotions do not qualify.  

FlightsRush reserves the right to verify all claims. If we cannot independently confirm the lower fare, the request will be denied. Fraudulent or erroneous claims will not be processed. Refunds or price adjustments, if approved, will be issued within 7-10 business days.  

Policy Modifications  

FlightsRush may amend or discontinue this Best Price Assurance at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The terms applicable at the time of booking will determine claim eligibility. Any decision made by FlightsRush regarding a claim will be final and binding.
