- Exclusive Discounts: We offer special discounts under our Compassion Exception Policy (CEP) for specific categories, such as Military personnel, Bereavement situations, and Visually Impaired individuals. These discounts are provided to assist during difficult circumstances.
- Refunds & Credits: Refunds or future credits for airline tickets are governed by the airline's fare rules and policies. There is a service charge for all changes, refunds, cancellations, and credits. This service fee is applied on a per-ticket, per-passenger basis.
- Non-Refundable Fees: All transaction fees and post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable. These are in addition to any airline or third-party charges. Even if you cancel or change your booking, these service fees will not be refunded.
- Taxes & Government Fees: Government-imposed taxes and fees can change at any time. The final price shown to you by our agent will include the applicable taxes, and these charges are non-negotiable.
- Booking Changes/Cancellations: Any changes or cancellations to your booking are subject to the airline’s specific policies. In addition to the airline’s penalties, you will also incur our service fees for processing these changes.
- Refund Eligibility: While most tickets are non-refundable, there are exceptions. If the airline's fare rules allow for cancellations or refunds, or if a waiver is obtained from the airline, you may be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not available if your booking is marked as "No Show."
- Contact Center Fees: For bookings made through our contact center, including multi-stop or round-the-world itineraries, additional service fees may apply. These fees typically range from $10 to $200 per passenger, depending on the complexity of the booking. Senior citizens may be eligible for discounted rates.
- Special Requests: Special services (e.g., assistance for disabled passengers, specific meal requests, etc.) are handled on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be approved by the airline according to their fare rules and policies. Special service fees will be charged once confirmed. If the airline denies the request, these fees may be refunded.
Common Exceptions: Some situations may require additional documentation
- Misspelled Name: If your name on the ticket does not match your passport or government-issued ID, you will need to provide documentation to correct this.
- Visa/Passport Denial: If you are denied a visa or passport, a denial letter may be required to process changes or cancellations.
- Baggage Issues: In case of baggage-related claims, retain all receipts and luggage tags to support your claim.
- No-Show: If you miss your flight, you may need to provide documentation explaining why you were unable to board the flight.
- Denied Boarding: If the airline denies you boarding, you must provide documentation to be eligible for a refund or change.
- Duplicate Tickets: If you book duplicate tickets, you must submit both tickets with identical itineraries for the refund process.
Note: Please keep in mind that service fees will apply for any modifications, cancellations, or refunds. These charges vary depending on the type of service you choose and the airline's rules.
